The Lady Cut is a 57-facet (On average), modified step-cut half-moon diamond. The Lady cut is a registered patent of Lady Heart collection LTD.
The Lady heart diamond is a heart shape diamond produced by 3 diamonds combination – 2 Lady cut (Half moon cut) embracing a princess cut shape. Today, our original and classic setting renowned among the most exclusive stores around the globe and receiver of four international patents for cut and design.
The Four C’s – Carat (size), Color, Clarity and Cut.
A diamond’s cut determines how effectively it returns light to the viewer’s eye: a well-cut diamond appears brilliant and fiery, while poorly cut stones look dark and lifeless. Lady Heart only sells diamonds that are 100% natural and untreated.Since Lady Heart is working along side with tens of stores around the globe, Lady Heart’s provides quality control at the highest level and has a G.I.A Graduate Gemologists on staff. All making sure our diamonds have not been treated or enhanced.

Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Alipay.Many customers purchasing items valued over $1,000 prefer paying by wire transfer. Wire transfer orders receive a 1.5% discount from our listed price. Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions by email or by phone. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. At our sole discretion, we may require bank wire payment for any international order or orders in excess of $20,000.Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with our customer service department. For security purposes, Lady Heart may request additional documentation (such as drivers license, photocopy of credit card, etc) on some transactions. Yes. Bank wire customers receive a 1.5% discount off their entire order.
Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase.
Yes. If you’d like pay with two different cards, please place your order over the phone with customer service via email contact@ladyheartcollection.com
The security code is a 3 or 4 digit number that appears on your credit card. Visa and MasterCard users will find this code above the signature on the back of the card. Discover and American Express users will find this number on the top right of the front of the card.

Return Policy
Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Lady Heart Jewelry purchase. However, if you would like to a return an item we are happy to offer free returns for unworn items within 30 days of receipt.
Please note: Your item must be placed back into its original packaging and have the return tags intact prior to shipping back to us.We endeavor to process your return within 5 days of receiving your item back.We do not currently offer exchanges, so if a new item is required please return your item as set out in the process below, and then place a new order for the replacement piece.
